Return Policy
At Coastal Colors Garments, we offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
